Does moving to the cloud make sense for your company? If you are considering making the transition to the virtual environment, Interactive Intelligence is offering a Web cast to help you evaluate your options.
The Web cast will occur on April 24 at 11:30 a.m. EST. Guided by veteran industry experts, the Interactive Intelligence Web case will weigh the costs of transitioning to the cloud against the benefits that most enterprises gain, including increased flexibility, minimal upfront capital expense, faster deployment times and reduced IT requirements.
Web cast attendees will also have the opportunity for Q&A at the end of the event.
“With many industry experts predicting the cloud-based contact center market to grow 20 percent this year, we felt this was a very timely topic for a Web cast,” said Joe Staples, senior vice president of Interactive Intelligence. “By bringing together seasoned authorities to share their insights into the cloud-based communications market, we hope to help attendees better navigate this fast-growing market so they can bring a competitive edge to their business.”
In addition to Staples, the panel will include Michael DeSalles, the principal analyst; contact centers from Frost & Sullivan; and Donna Fluss, the president and founder of DMG consulting.
The team brings 50+ years of combined experience and expertise in helping businesses both understand their cloud communications alternatives and compare the total cost of owning cloud-based options relative to premise-based options.
The Web cast will last 90 minutes. Contact center managers, IT directors, CIOs and anyone else considering the cloud is encouraged to attend. The company has already had interest from over 700 pre-registrants, according to a release.
Interactive Intelligence was named to Forbes’ 2011 Best Small Companies in America. Their contact center automation, unified communications and business process automation solutions can be deployed either via cloud or on premises.
Interested participants can register for the event by visiting www.inin.com/WebEvent. On the site, users are directed to fill out a short registration form. Audio from the event will stream live.
